Some customers may concerns about the durability, installation, and long-term performance of foil coated PVC outdoor panels. Here are several common questions of our customers.
Is the Foil Firmly Attached to the PVC Panel?
Yes! Our panels use German-engineered lamination technology, ensuring the foil is pressed bonded to the PVC core under high pressure. The foil is perfectly attached into the PVC panel and formed into a brand new one. The panel prevents peeling even under extreme weathers.
Will the Foil Fade Over Time?
The foil is UV-stabilized, that means it resists sun damage for a long time without significant color fading. There will be a minor change in the beginning, but it will stay stable for years then.
Can the Foil Peel Off Due to Moisture?
No. The foil layer is waterproof itself and the PVC core repels moisture too. The foil and the core material are ideal for rainy or humid climates. We can call the panels “waterproof outdoor PVC panels” definitely.
Is the Foil Scratch-Resistant?
Yes. The foil is excellent to shield scratches because of the hard surface. The foil is also a protective top for the panel to resist normal cutting or scratching.
Can the Foil Handle Extreme Temperatures?
Yes. Our panels are tested under cold and hot temperatures to check the durability. The foil coated panels can resist cracking or warping under extreme weathers. The panels are suitable for many different areas with different climates.
What If the Foil Gets Damaged? Can It Be Repaired?
We recommend keeping spare panels in case of such conditions. You may replace the panels with new ones.
Does the Foil Bubble or Wrinkle After Installation?
No. The foil is closely attached with the core panel, and the groove is also processed with precise workmanship to make the two into one. Proper factory lamination and professional installation prevent air bubbles or wrinkles.
Is the Foil Coating Eco-Friendly?
Yes. Our foil is free from heavy metals and toxic chemicals, complying with international environmental standards.
Can I Clean the Foil Without Damaging It?
Yes! Just use mild soap + water or a soft brush. Avoid abrasive cleaners or high-pressure jets. The panels are free-maintenance PVC panels for your decorations.
